What is the opportunity?
The Digital Marketing Manager will support the launch and management of digital marketing channels for RBC Wealth Management (RBC WMC) advisors. This role will assist the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, in managing advisor channels and technology, driving business growth through new initiatives, and overseeing vendor relationships and product support for end users.

What will you do?

  • Manage advertising campaigns with DS Advisors, focusing on strategy and execution.
  • Consult on advisor websites to improve client/ advisor experience.
  • Coordinate with other RBC teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Drive program management and advocacy across DS Advisors and WM, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Oversee product and platform relationships, including roadmap management and user support for Advisor digital channels.
  • Lead the introduction of new products and channels by:
    • Executing pilot programs with support from other cross-functional teams.
    • Providing recommendations to WMC leadership on scaling new initiatives.
    • Partnering with Compliance and Legal to establish necessary processes and documentation.
  • Lead product analytics reporting for internal teams and DS Advisors.
  • Collaborate across WMC Marketing and internal teams to align products with business needs.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising in a corporate or agency environment.
  • 5+ years managing digital campaigns, social media channels, email programs, and data analytics.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM.
  • Strong understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and A/B testing.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush).
  • Experience with paid advertising on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in financial industry marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and API-based platform integrations.
