Please note: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in early 2025.

Pay: $141,000 - $192,000
What You Will Do
Kenvue is investing significantly to transform our core ERP landscape, through the implementation of a single global instance of SAP S/4 Hana platform globally. As data is the single most critical element of the program, the ERP Data Asset Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success by shaping new asset analytics strategies, managing the exit strategy of legacy systems, and partnering with teams across the digital ecosystem and all key functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global end-to-end data development and maintenance of core supply chain ERP transactional and reference models in the Kenvue Digital Core.
- Shape the program (ERP) reporting and analytics data strategy.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and workstream leads to define data requirements to enable solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the process framework.
- Manage seamless integration points where data threads intersect across teams, systems, and processes.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts to execute the discovery, ingestion, curation, testing, and documentation required for model updates and maintenance in partnership with IT, using agile methodologies.
- Proactively communicate project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, and issues.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering with 7+ years working in Data Analytics.
- Understanding of SAP ERP processes, data objects, and standard reporting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using data analytics platforms & BI tools (e.g., Fiori, Azure, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Expertise in data querying and manipulation using SQL or Python in Azure Databricks or equivalent.
- Familiarity with end-to-end data analytics concepts (ingestion, modeling, and visualization).
- Experience implementing complex IT projects; able to translate business requirements into technical IT requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to level up / level down for strategic and tactical conversations.
- Continuous improvement mindset, comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.
Desired Qualifications- Related industry experience in any of the following: Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Supply Chain functional experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Well-versed in SAP S/4 data objects & structures.
- Systems implementation experience.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack.
- Experienced in managing indirect resources in a matrix project team.
What’s In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from
$141,000 - $192,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level, & other job-related factors.
