What does a DANIER Store Manager do?

In this role you will be expected to lead by the Company standards and expectations:

Networking & Recruiting:

1. Recruiting top talent for your store

The Customer:

1. As a DANIER Ambassador, you and your team will always provide the best customer experience

Coaching and Development:

1. Will train and develop your team using all resources provided by the Company
2. Will have passion to be the best, and to offer ongoing training and development to every employee on your team

Stock Management:

1. Will monitor product sales daily and develop weekly plans to improve style and commodity performance

Visual Presentation:

1. Will comply with in-store marketing plans to maximize sales opportunities
2. Will ensure store is inviting to customers by following all visual standards and maintenance requirements
3. Will enforce and monitor standards and company policies
4. Will control wages by using company tools to meet wage cost objectives
5. Will create awareness and react to possible internal/external losses

Job Requirements:

1. Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales and team development success
2. Positive, optimistic, results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
3. Fashionable, well-groomed professional presentation consistent with Danier Dress Code
4. Computer literacy and proficiency with email, POS, staff scheduling applications, Word, Excel, etc.
5. Excellent English communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
6. Well-developed professional sales, customer service and rapport building skills
7. Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills
8. Exceptional time management, organization and follow through skills
