We are currently hiring a Manager of Corporate Purpose to lead and evolve BCAA’s Corporate Purpose and Community Impact. Your enthusiasm to bring community impact to life enables BCAA to be one of the most trusted organizations in British Columbia.

During a typical day, you will:
- Drive the Purpose and Community Impact agenda and collaborate with all areas of the business, including the executive team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure the Purpose is at the forefront of all we do.
- Act as an authority in social impact best practices in the areas of People, Planet, Profit, and Governance.
- Lead the team and appropriate agencies to operationalize new and existing impact initiatives to prevent and prepare British Columbians against the impact of Wildfires, managing strategic partnerships and storytelling of these initiatives.
- Support other community impact initiatives including the Child Passenger Safety program (CPS) and School Safety Patrol (SSP).
- Lead a high-functioning team to support BCAA’s aspiration to become a truly Purpose-led organization.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in marketing, social impact, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or communications.
- At least four years of direct experience in a social impact, communications, business intelligence, or community leadership position.
- Exceptional creative thinking and writing skills with a natural ability to establish effective working relationships.
- A thought leader and effective communicator to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience in public relations and acting as a corporate spokesperson.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand, and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
