What will your typical day look like?

• Assists with ideation, project initiation or business analysis planning tasks for projects of high complexity.
• Act as liaison between business and technical areas and capable of leading a multifunctional team on projects.
• Provides expertise in domain through analysis and understanding of business needs.
• Leads, plans, and consults on information gathering sessions.
• Confirm that business priorities are enabled by data architecture designs, proposed data workflows, and overall product functionality.
• Discovers, synthesizes, and analyzes information from a variety of sources within an enterprise.
• Elicit internal and external business user requirements as well as functional specifications.
• Hands-on management of business and detailed functional requirements management activities.
• Coach and mentor junior staff leading an inclusive work environment.
• Communicate with program managers, scrum masters, application developers, subject matter experts, end users and/or executives.
• Manage business stakeholder activities in conjunction with releases.
• Define the actual needs of stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation on expected benefits, use cases, workflows, data flows, and organization structures.
• Participate in the analysis and technical design efforts of complex projects.
• Create or contribute to functional designs.
• Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Support development and testing activities.
• Follows change control process to manage changes.
• Develop and conduct group/end user training.
• Provide recommendations to improve business analyst practices.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• University degree in computer systems, business administration, or related area.
• Minimum of 7 years in technology product management and/or business analysis related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Demonstrated ability in applying quality assurance processes to technology projects.
• Advanced SQL, data profiling, data analysis, and validation experience.
• Capable of sorting, processing, and analyzing data from various formats and technologies.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong offshore management and remote collaboration skills.
• Experience in problem-solving complex problems.
• Effective communicator with influencing skills.
• Ability to deliver meaningful impact towards organizational goals.
• Exceptional collaborative skills.

Preferred:

• Masters in business or information management subjects.
• Deep knowledge in Informatica MDM multidomain.
• Internationally recognized certification on Business Analysis.
• Experience with data storytelling & visualization tools.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to salaries. Our Total Rewards Package extends beyond traditional compensation and benefit programs.
