A TYPICAL WEEK:
The Manager, Business Development leads the development and implementation of the CUPAY merchant services program strategy and is the program ambassador responsible for identifying, nurturing, and expanding national credit union business partnerships aimed at business development, program expansion, and revenue growth. The role also provides leadership and direction to the LSM CUPAY team in the implementation of the marketing initiatives and sales enablement tactics.
To BE SUCCESSFUL:
As the ideal candidate, you will have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, a professional accounting designation, and have 6-9 years of experience in a senior financial accounting position (preferably in a financial institution), including supervisory experience; or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with projects involving the identification, selection, and implementation of accounting and financial reporting solutions will be considered an asset.

COMPENSATION:

LOCATION:
This position will be based in our Halifax, NS office, but provides services nationally, and offers the ability to work remotely as required.
TRAVEL, EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK:
This position requires travel and occasional evening and weekend work.
