ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Beauty Advisor (full-time) for our Byredo counter at Vancouver Airport Duty Free. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by embodying the brand’s identity and values. You are a fragrance and beauty enthusiast, passionate about luxury, and skilled in storytelling that connects customers with our products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide an elevated shopping experience through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Engage and inspire customers by sharing the story behind Byredo’s unique fragrances and beauty products.
• Drive sales by building long-term relationships with clients and creating a loyal customer base.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure all customers receive a warm, genuine welcome and a luxury experience from start to finish.

Brand Representation & Product Expertise

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Byredo’s values and philosophy.
• Stay up to date with product launches, fragrance notes, and beauty trends.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Byredo products and their ingredients to confidently educate clients.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Byredo’s guidelines.
• Assist in stock management, replenishment, and overall counter maintenance.
• Ensure all transactions and sales procedures follow duty-free and company policies.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury retail.
• Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or fragrance sales role, ideally within a luxury brand.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to engage and educate clients.
• Sales-driven mindset with a client-centric approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced airport retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
