Manager - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

12% bonus

Our client located in the Mississauga area who is a leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods space is looking to hire an Accounting Manager - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on a full-time basis. This is a newly created role and would report directly to the Controller.

As the Accounting Manager - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, you will have a team of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) clerks reporting to you with your primary responsibility being oversight of the day-to-day operations of the AP and AR teams.

To achieve this, the main responsibilities include the following:

1. Oversight of the payables and collections activities
2. Mentoring and coaching of current team

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

1. At least 5 years experience with a CPG company
2. Strong people management experience
3. Hands-on experience in both the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
