We specialize in all things glass. Established in 1962 with one shop in Seattle, Wash., today Glass Doctor offers quick and affordable glass in USA and Canada with many locations. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Part time with a potential for full time after October.

Requirements:

The candidate is required to work under pressure, be multi-tasking, have problem-solving experience and great customer service skills. Have the ability to learn fast and possess excellent organizational skills. Patience and personal suitability are important in the hiring process. The candidate should be ambitious and look for opportunities for growth. Some weekend work might be required.

Job Description:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and return missed calls within 10 minutes whenever possible.
  • Schedule quotes and installations for technicians.
  • Provide quotes, take orders, perform follow-up calls, order supplies, and glass products.
  • Quote basic glass services and automotive glass services.
  • Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Sell flat glass services to customers when necessary.
  • Order custom glass units, process orders, take payments, and create invoices.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions, filing, organizing, and general cleaning.
  • Ensure all invoices, orders, and quotes are correctly entered into our scheduling software.
  • Respond to customer complaints and requests.
  • Attend to walk-in clients and provide them with quotes and other related glass services.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-reliant.
  • Able to focus in a chaotic environment.
  • Strong desire and ambition for growth and higher achievements.
  • Able to follow multi-step instructions.
  • Quick learner.
  • Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is an asset.
  • Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications, with high typing speeds.
  • Must be efficient with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum high school education required.
  • Must be fluent in English.
