Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service.
  • Manage tour scheduling, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Handle marketing, partnerships, and digital outreach.
  • Monitor budgeting, pricing, and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management or a relevant discipline.
  • Community Tour Guiding Certificate (or equivalent certification).
  • Experience in web design and tour programming is an asset.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and tour scheduling.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of Victoria’s tourism attractions, history, and culture.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Victoria, British Columbia.
