What will your typical day look like?

  • Understand Client Requirements: Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze client requirements, including business objectives, technical needs, and budget constraints. Conduct thorough discovery sessions to ensure a deep understanding of the client's pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Solution Design: Develop innovative and comprehensive managed services solutions that address the client's requirements and align with industry best practices. This includes designing technical architectures, selecting appropriate technologies, and outlining implementation plans.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals and statements of work (SOW) that clearly articulate the solution's benefits, features, and implementation approach. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals are tailored to the client's specific needs, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the proposed managed services solution and its value proposition. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to highlight key features and functionalities.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the managed services industry. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients on industry standards, security, scalability, and performance considerations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless handover and successful implementation of the proposed solution. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate scoping and alignment with client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the solution design and presales process. Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to enhance the company's managed services offerings.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in presales, solution architecture, or a similar technical role within the managed services industry.
  • Must have Delivery experience, preferably delivery SAP/Oracle/Workday or any ERP solutions.
  • Must have done Technical upgrade projects and managed cross-vertical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Deal financials and pricing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of managed services concepts, including cloud computing, network infrastructure, data center operations, and IT service management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and presenting comprehensive solutions to clients, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance back-office business processes, Supply Chain and Procurement Processes.
  • In-depth understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in managed services, such as DevOps, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $220,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
