Description:Sani Marc’s Pool and Spa Division is a recognized leader in cold and hot water treatment products and solutions for the Canadian pool and spa industry. We provide a wide range of unique designs and technologies as well as conventional products to our network of specialized retailers. Our innovative products are designed to make treating recreational water easier and to ensure optimal water quality for consumers.
Responsibilities:Reporting to the Vice-President Pool and Spa, the Major Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with customers, both current and potential, to drive national sales development and promote our products:
- Issue analyses, action plans and recommendations to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives related to sales growth;
- Identify and solicit potential customers to develop the domestic market and promote our products;
- Establish and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and optimize sales opportunities;
- Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products;
- Negotiate and establish proposals, terms of sale, warranties and delivery dates;
- Represent the Pool and Spa division in trade shows, corporate activities and various promotional events;
Requirements:To perform well, you must:
- Have a BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- Have 5-7 years of experience in sales, customer service or similar role;
- Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written) essential and have excellent communication skills;
- Pool and spa experience (an asset);
- Provide outstanding customer service and negotiation skills;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and experience with CRM.
