Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to serve at Spruce Lake Ministries in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA. The position is full time with benefits and pay of $17-20/hour, depending on skills and experience.

As Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for routine and emergency maintenance, renovation, construction or replacement of Spruce Lake's guest lodging, guest recreational facilities, staff housing, campground, office and administration, grounds and infrastructures. You'll also be responsible for solution-oriented team participation in completion of all routine and project-based tasks.

We're looking for someone who will affirm Spruce Lake's mission, vision and core values, and have a teachable spirit, team-player attitude and servant's heart. If you are responsible, industrious, hospitable, enthusiastic and conduct yourself above reproach, this could be the role for you.
