NIGHT SHIFT

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee night shift operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Responsible for supervising mechanics and electricians, managing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

3+ years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Experience with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
Skilled trades license preferred (Industrial Millwright & Electrician)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and ensure safety compliance

Skilled trades license: Candidate should preferably have Dual license (Industrial Millwright & Electrician)
