Job Description

T&T Honda is a leading automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Maintenance Person to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our dealership facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Maintenance and repair of equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
2. Groundskeeping, including lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal
2. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
3. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Valid driver's license
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in an automotive dealership environment
2. Certification in a trade-related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
3. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
