Maintenance Manager NOC 70012

Responsibilities:

1. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
2. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
3. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
4. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
5. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
6. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Salary: $43.27 per hour.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Language: English.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time.
