Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in building/property maintenance, pipefitting/pipefitter and sprinkler fitter, electrical/electronics maintenance and repair technology, other, confined spaces.

- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements

- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
