Maintenance and Repair Agent - Relocation bonus

Our Rouyn-Noranda-based client is looking for a handyman to maintain and renovate its six buildings. Painting, flooring, miscellaneous repairs, basic electricity - in short, if you like things done well, and always find a solution to the little glitches of everyday life, this is the job for you! Tasks

• Carry out repair and maintenance work (painting, flooring, miscellaneous repairs).
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Replace and repair items such as door handles, showers, light fixtures, etc.
• Purchase materials and equipment in case of breakage.
• Assist the team in other related tasks.

Job requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Currently studying or graduated with a DEC, AEC, or certificate in graphic design, digital creation, multimedia, or a related field.
• Illustrator software: Our client is looking for someone with basic knowledge of graphic design and illustration, with training on the software available from the company.
• A valid driver’s license (to move vehicles).
• Good French (most interactions with French-speaking suppliers and customers).
