Job Title: Pool Maintenance Person

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Pool Maintenance Person for the upcoming summer season. This is a seasonal position, with the possibility of returning each year. The role involves both outdoor and occasional indoor work. The position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cutting grass and maintaining outdoor areas
2. Planting and caring for flowers
3. Pulling weeds and keeping the grounds tidy
4. Cleaning and maintaining the pool
5. Conducting pool water testing
6. Power washing surfaces and structures around the pool area
7. Washing windows to maintain clear, clean views
8. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
9. Managing and disposing of trash
10. Other tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2. Experience operating lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
3. Physical ability to perform outdoor work and lift heavy items when necessary
4. Attention to detail and reliability
