Position Overview:

A Building Maintenance role is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with their responsibilities which can include repairing equipment, scheduled preventative maintenance, and monitoring contractors among other varied duties both inside and outside the building.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions and airline specifications

Our Employees Must Be Able to:

• Work assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Follow written specifications and directions
• Complete paperwork
• Communicate with Supervisors and co-workers
• Work as a member of a team

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Environmental Requirements:

• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
