Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Grimsby
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Currently 8am to 5pm (moving to shift patterns: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) in the future.

The Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by:

• Operating and maintaining production machinery.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the production line.
• Conducting thorough cleaning and maintenance after production cycles to uphold our high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to transition to a shift-based schedule.
