Machine Operator

Shift: Am 7:00am – 3:30pm

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator for the AM shift in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery to ensure the efficient production of quality products. Responsibilities include setting up machines, adjusting settings, conducting routine maintenance, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. The position requires keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate machines according to production schedules and specifications.
2. Perform regular inspections and quality checks on products.
3. Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot to resolve minor malfunctions.
4. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
2. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, if required.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with machine operation and material handling.

Qualifications:

1. Previous machine operation experience preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
