Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate multi-stage cold forming equipment, wire drawers, and inspection tools.
2. Monitor part dimensions and ensure consistent quality using assigned measuring devices.
3. Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality within customer tolerance specifications.
4. Complete and submit daily production reports at the end of each job.
5. Perform routine maintenance on cold forming equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What You Bring:

1. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 pounds.
2. Experience with cold heading machinery or similar equipment (preferred).
3. Skilled in inspecting tools and measuring part conformity.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting customer dimensional prints.
5. Capacity to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.
6. Solid understanding of machine operation and safety protocols.
7. Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
8. Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
9. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. High school diploma or equivalent.
12. Successful completion of math and mechanical proficiency tests.
