Available Positions

• Full-Time: 2 days on 2 days off: Tuesday to Friday (Every Second weekend 3 days on & 3 days off)
• Casual: Varies

Responsibilities - YOUR Role

• Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions
• Providing and assisting with personal care to residents as required
• Supporting emergency staff scheduling
• Ensuring adherence to infection control practices
• Assessing resident health status including, but not limited to: differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, differentiating between dementia and delirium

• Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Active LPN registration with CLPNA
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Strong communication skills in English
