The mission of our Logistics department is to provide exceptional service and carrier interactions throughout the lifecycle of an order.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

DAY TO DAY ADMINISTRATION (80%)

  1. Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers
  2. Back end management of Proof of Delivery and carrier invoices
  3. Interact with Intermodal/LTL/FTL Consolidation teams to identify and resolve issues
  4. Communicate with sales and customer care teams to improve the delivery of our services
  5. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required
  6. Work closely with carrier to ensure effective execution of goods transportation
  7. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution, pricing and contractual obligations
  8. Coordinate inventory transfers to stores, photoshoots, markets.
  9. Issue credit memos for returned goods

LEAD (20%)

  1. Assist in overseeing outbound and inter-company logistics operations (domestic and international)
  2. Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and SLAs
  3. Prioritize team tasks to meet required completion dates
  4. Ensure team is coordinating and communicating delivery schedules with customers
  5. Support team in providing reports to internal and external customers as required
  6. Work closely with carriers to ensure effective execution of goods transportation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 2+ years of related Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory/Distribution experience
  2. Previous experience leading/coaching/training a team and demonstrated ability to get results
  3. Experience with logistics and inventory software - ERP / WMS / TMS systems
  4. Highly skilled in building relationships, influencing others, leading change, and developing talent.
  5. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology; experience identifying improvement opportunities and leading teams to complete projects
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and obtain necessary “buy in” from stakeholders
  7. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize duties to meet deadlines daily with limited supervision
  8. Proven record of delivering results
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel and Word

The salary range for this role is $47,000 - $54,000 per year.
