Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all inventory cycle counts (performed daily).
    • Report any discrepancies over $250 for approval to change.
  2. Manage all Logistics (sea, air & ground). Notify purchaser of delays and purchaser to update lean.
  3. Create all shipping documentation (i.e. – commercial Invoices, BOL’s, etc.)
  4. Manage VMI where necessary, creating any purchase orders.
  5. Manage all Sub-C purchase orders, creating purchase orders, following up with status.
  6. Obtaining RFQ for any Sub-C work as needed.
  7. Managing and creating purchase orders for all consumable items.
  8. Assist and support any quality issues with Quality department.
  9. Support in creating any purchase orders as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  1. Typically, 1 year experience in warehouse/stockroom environment.
  2. Basic computer skills.
  3. 1-2 years powered equipment experience.
  4. High School or GED.
