Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse Environment)

Job Duties

1. Operate the client’s WMS system for tracking and managing inventory of production and finished products.
2. Perform cycle counting.
3. Manage and create shipping documents.
4. Track shipments and coordinate with carriers and truckers.
5. Report daily operational activities to the logistics manager.
6. Manage workers.
7. Handle office administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and organization.
8. Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent communication in both English and Korean.
2. Degree or diploma in Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
3. 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse is required.
4. Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms.
5. Strong prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands.
6. High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic.
7. Availability to work the night shift (9 PM to 7 AM, with a 1-hour break).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
