Job description

Title: Flatbed Dispatcher Industry: Transport Location: Boucherville Focusing on Canadian over-the-road shipments with over 33 years in the industry, seeking to add a Flatbed Dispatcher with 1 to 5 years. We are looking for a Dispatcher with 1-5 years experience and is willing to learn the Flatbed division! Do you have the experience we are looking for? Apply now! melissa.cumetti@randstad.ca Advantages Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00 RSP and Medical insurance package Salary dependent on experience, ranging between 50,000 - 58,000 Profit Sharing Casual dress Company events Great team environment 2 weeks vacation + 10 personal days Federal holidays Birthday events, company partie Responsibilities - Communicating (via phone/text/geotab) with drivers to advise their next pick-up and deliveries. - Working closely with 15-20 drivers on any problems they may encounter - Updating shipment status in the dispatch system - Determining the best routes and order of pick-ups & deliveries. - Working very closely with fellow dispatchers to co-ordinate the daily activities. - Advising Customer Service Representatives of any issues so the CSR may communicate directly with clients. - Verify order status - Maintain the relationships with clientele Qualifications - French and English are mandatory - At least one year's experience in the trucking industry, flatbed dispatching, preferably with LTL and FT, and in tie-down regulations. - Team player.
