Title: 3PL Carrier Relations

Location: Lachine

Industry: Transportation

  • Salary depending on experience, 58-65k range.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with agents and partners for movement of freight
  • Be the primary contact for inquiries and concerns
  • Monitor and track shipments throughout the entire logistics process
  • Record and manage the communications with agents, tracking issues, updates, and more
  • Issue invoices and manage billing process for services rendered
  • Coordinate with internal operations team for optimization of routes
  • Generate reports on carrier/agent performances and efficiency
  • Working closely with sales, operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • French and English is necessary
  • 2 years experience in LTL transport environment in logistics (tracking, billing, etc)
  • 1 year experience using TMS software (Truckmate preferred)
  • A true team player who possesses leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
  • Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
