Tâches

  1. Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  2. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  3. Prepare and submit reports
  4. Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  5. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
  6. Maintain work records and logs
  7. Perform general office duties
  8. Provide customer service
  9. Train workers in duties and policies
  10. Arrange training for staff
  11. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  12. Follow-up on issues with work orders
  13. Keep track of shipments
  14. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
  15. Maintain vehicle operator work records
  16. Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  17. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
  18. Organize and maintain inventory
