Logistic Coordinator

Randstad is looking for a Logistic Coordinator for a leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry for a full-time position, Day shift in the area of Lachine.

This fast-paced position involves the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in following written specifications, data entry skills, and knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications are crucial.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing paperwork for shipments for hazardous materials (experience in that field is a plus)
• Receiving, stock put away, picking, packing
• Learning the systems quickly
• Data entry
• Collaboration with team members is essential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping is preferred.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
• Hazardous shipping (ground and air) accreditation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
