Logistic and Inside Sales Support

As a Logistic and Inside Sales Support, you will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating sales orders with production and scheduling of outbound trucks.
2. Communicating with plant, carriers, and customers to ensure timely outbound trucks within contractual shipment periods.
3. Negotiating freight rates with members of the supply chain.
4. Communicating with various departments within the organization to ensure production is uninterrupted with smooth inflow and outflow.
5. Coordinating sales orders from the sales team and direct customer requests through internal systems.
6. Collaborating with the team and providing administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
7. Maintaining departmental filing; assisting with document management and record retention within the department.
8. Assisting with various department matters including data entry, A/R documentation, quality assurance, invoices, etc.

Required:

1. 2+ years office experience and knowledge of the agriculture and transportation industry.
2. Efficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programs and experience in NetSuite is an asset.
3. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for efficient internal and external communications.
4. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time, have a good memory, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
5. Ability to work under deadline pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to interpret and disseminate information.
7. Must demonstrate personal integrity & honesty, as well as take responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
