ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service. You will also be responsible for:

• Gathering loan information.
• Selling our loan and protection products.
• Closing loans virtually and in person.
• Following up on past due customer accounts.
• Cash controls, including taking payments.
• Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience to earn our customers’ trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE: Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or the equivalent is an asset.

PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude to help maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
