A new opportunity has become available for a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join a bustling Vancouver law firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably within litigation. This is a permanent position, offering a flexible hybrid structure of 3 days onsite in Vancouver and 2 days remotely.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant will work as part of a tight-knit team of five other Legal Administrators. It is a fast-moving group, which requires an individual with exceptional customer service and experience working in a dynamic setting to align with the pace of the team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Litigation Legal Assistant in this role will have the following responsibilities:
THE REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of experience working as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation.
Working knowledge of Supreme Court rules, practices, and procedures within British Columbia.
Service-oriented, adaptable, and consistently reliable.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a self-motivated approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional proofreading and grammar skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
COMPENSATION
$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
