Requirements:

Prospective Litigation Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

• 4+ years of litigation experience, handling civil and commercial litigation matters, including motions, trials, and settlements.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently, advising clients on litigation strategy and case development.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with experience representing clients before courts and tribunals.
• Business-oriented mindset, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships while contributing to the firm’s growth.
