Job Description:

Key Skills –

1. At least 10 Years of experience managing SUSE Linux, Redhat Linux, NetApp Storage, Cohesity Backups and Azure Infrastructure Services with Skillset on:
2. Implement Enterprise Level IaaS Solutions in Azure
3. SUSE or Redhat based Linux Administration experience - SSSD based AD authentication for Linux Servers - Linux Lifecycle / Patch Management Tools
4. SUSEManager or Redhat Satellite - VMWARE and Azure Cloud Administration - NetApp Storage System Management - Snap mirror, DR replication, NFS and CIFS share management
5. Cohesity Backup Management or management of backup in any industry standard backup system - Architect and Implement Datacenter Solution following industry standards and best practices
6. Diagnose problems, provide root cause analysis
7. Hosting environment Patch and upgrade Management
8. Capacity Monitoring and Trend Analysis
9. Automation and Scripting background
10. PowerShell and Python - Server Build Automation
11. Ansible and SaltStack - Cisco Server
12. Out of Band Management knowledge
13. Certifications (Preferred) - Certification in any of Linux Flavors - VMWARE, Azure Certification

Hosting Admin Responsibilities:

1. Functional role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following related to Hosting infrastructure:
2. Manage Operations related to highly specialized areas of technology.
3. Plan, research, evaluate, design and analyze performance of complex infrastructure systems.
4. Provide advanced level technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities.
5. Direct the preparation of technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards.
6. Lead, facilitate, and coordinate complex work activities of others within the work group or team.
7. Ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with the policies, practices, procedures, standards, and rules of the company and complies with the regulations and procedures required by external agencies.
8. Develop, recommend, and implement plans throughout the organization to address complex issues.
9. Datacenter Hands on with physical implementation on Virtualization and Physical Server Hardware.
