Job Description:

LOCATION: Osoyoos, BC
STATUS: Seasonal Hourly Contract (Apr – Oct)
COMPENSATION: $20-$23/hour plus % of team gratuity program

OPPORTUNITY:
As the Line Cook at Nk’Mip Cellars, you play a crucial role in crafting the dining experience our guests will cherish. From their arrival, you contribute to creating lasting memories by delivering an exceptional experience that complements our award-winning wines.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work as a part of an experienced and tight knit team to prepare and execute daily lunch service and occasional private events.
2. We pride ourselves on offering local, quality food in a timely, consistent manner.
3. Daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as requested by our Winery Chef; a prepared team and clean restaurant are essential for positive guest experiences!

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Courteous, friendly, professional attitude.
2. Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required – both individually and as part of a team.
3. Minimum one year’s experience working in a kitchen.
4. Food Safe & WHIMIS are assets, although training will be provided.
5. Able to lift 40lbs, work in hot summer temperatures & stand for long periods of time.
6. Open Availability Scheduling.
