Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a passion for cooking.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items following restaurant recipes and standards.
2. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
3. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.
4. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred.
2. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
4. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
