The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families, as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

What You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in working with seniors.
• Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills.
• Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.

Internal Closing Date: December 20, 2024

Hours of Work: 4 on and 4 off (6:00pm to 2:00 am)

Wage Leveling Salary: $32.84 - $41.35 per hour; salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
