Minimum Requirements

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Work Setting

  • Urban area

Tasks

  • Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, to assess their situation and problems to determine the types of services required.
  • Refer clients to agencies that provide financial assistance, legal aid, housing, medical treatment, and other services.
