Job description

We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing national HVAC distribution company that is expanding into Western Canada in 2025.

As part of this growth, we are seeking a Calgary based Senior Sales Leader to play a pivotal role in building the local team and office.

SENIOR TECHNICAL SALES

Senior mechanical sales and business development professional familiar with Chillers, Heat pumps, AHU, and Cooling Towers. In the role, the candidate will:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with engineers and contractors.
  2. Specify jobs through detailed design development.
  3. Create technical proposals and costing estimates.
  4. Manage the full project cycle from inception to building completion.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  1. Experience in equipment such as Chillers, Heat pumps, AHU, and Cooling Towers is a must.
  2. Proven sales leader in the HVAC / construction industry, ideally with 10+ years of experience.
  3. Relevant engineering background and post-secondary education.
  4. Relevant industry accreditations.
  5. Effective and careful communicator.
  6. Preference will be given to candidates with pre-existing relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, owners / developers, and facility managers.
  7. Six-figure compensation package, which includes uncapped commission pay-outs.
  8. Home base in Calgary, Alberta.
  9. Flexible work hours and telecommuting are encouraged.
  10. Supportive team environment with an opportunity to advance into a leadership position.
