Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for real estate and a “can-do” attitude? We’re looking for a Showing Partner and agent assistant to support a top-producing agent in providing exceptional service to clients while managing critical administrative and database tasks. With a dynamic mix of office support and client-facing responsibilities, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule showings for buyers via ShowingTime (MLS feature)
  • Show properties to buyers
  • Communicate with buyers as needed
  • Communicate with listing agents when inquiring about specific properties
  • Communicate with new-home consultants/onsite agents for new construction properties
  • Gather pertinent information for clients, as directed by the lead agent
  • Home inspections (and other inspections as needed i.e. pool, septic, termite)
  • Builder walk-thrus (for new constructions)
  • Home closings
  • Agent open house (Agents showcase one of their listings for other agents)
  • Attend Keller-Williams trainings/market updates
  • Attend Hupman Group weekly team meetings & team events
  • Attend community events w/ team
  • Database management (Follow Up Boss)
  • Agent support (for Chandie)
  • Admin support (for Jeff/admin team as needed)

Qualifications:

  • Passion for real estate and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Active real estate license or willingness to become licensed promptly.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to maintaining the Hupman Group’s high standards of service.
  • Monday through Friday, in-person attendance is the expectation. In-person attendance is essential so that the role may successfully support the lead agent with tasks that benefit HREG clients.
  • Office hours should mirror the lead agent’s office hours (more traditional hours) so that this role may maximize learning opportunities and help when needed.
  • Plenty of flexibility for personal appointments and vacations, provided appropriate communication around off days/hours so that the lead agent is aware of the schedule.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 OTE

Jeff and Chandie are partners in the business and manage a growing team that includes multiple Realtors along with coordinators for leads, listings, marketing, and closing. Their business is based in Richmond Hill and focuses on Savannah and the outlying areas, providing a range of residential real estate services. “There are two military bases in the area, so we work with a lot of military families and first-time homebuyers and sellers, as well as other market segments ranging from luxury homes to foreclosures.”
