We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Legal Search Recruiter at Yorktown Search Partners.

As a Legal Search Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting top legal talent with leading organizations, contributing to the growth and success of both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their legal staffing needs, identifying and recruiting exceptional legal professionals, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in legal recruitment or a legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their legal staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and recruit top legal talent through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a legal recruiter or in a legal environment with a strong understanding of legal roles and practice areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
