Our Litigation Department is currently looking for a full-time temporary legal assistant, who is able to work in a fast-paced, very busy environment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in the area of Civil Litigation. Experience with drafting documents in Civil Litigation matters is also preferred.

The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met, be able to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management.

The candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other professionals.
