Allied is looking for a Leasing Manager to join our team in Montréal.

What will you do?

  • Complete the full cycle process for all new leases and renewals.
  • Manage vacancies including, but not limited to: ensuring space is ready for showing; managing marketing materials for readiness and accuracy; leading showings; and, following up on inquiries and deals.
  • Provide support and act as back up to other members of the leasing team as required.
  • Manage and build relationships with external brokers.
  • Report on leasing activities, tenant updates, and market conditions.
  • Assist in preparation of various reports, as assigned.
  • Perform due diligence process for all deals (insurance, security deposits, financial credit checks, etc.).
  • Participate in annual budgeting process and complete leasing assumptions for your assigned territory/properties.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
  • Strong communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the commercial leasing process.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating offers, LOIs etc.
  • Knowledge of the basics of contracts and leasing obligations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Responsiveness and an ability to anticipate client needs and commit to respond in agreed time-frames.
  • Demonstrates resilience, passion and commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.
  • An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative worker who will be an effective team member and leader.
  • A driven problem solver with good judgment and decision-making skills.
