About the role:
Join the Granville Island team in the Lease Coordinator position. In this role, you will provide lease processing, general lease coordination, administration, and special project support services to the Leasing department. This includes responding to all lease inquiries, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing listings and FAQ sheets, showing space, gathering and reviewing potential tenant information, drafting leases & verifying data with the finance department, database/file entry and upkeep, and supporting the Senior Lease Administrator and Leasing Manager in all leasing matters related to Granville Island.
This is a temporary position until December 19, 2025.
