Leasing Agent

MetCap Living Management Inc is one of Canada’s largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Presently, we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.

We're in search of a full-time leasing agent. MetCap Living is currently in search of a Professional Leasing Agent to work in Vancouver.

Qualifications:

1. College/University Diploma preferred
2. Two years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industry
3. Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Exceptional customer service skills
5. Proficient with Office and Yardi required
6. Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
7. Active driver's license and a reliable car
8. Advertising and Marketing experience is an asset

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Handle all telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
2. Process qualifying prospects
3. Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow-up
4. Tour the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities and local community
5. Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks
6. Ensure units are prepared for move-in in a timely manner
7. Provide excellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectations
8. Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases, and payment
9. Conduct quarterly market surveys
10. Other duties and/or procedures as required.
