We are seeking a dynamic individual, with outstanding product knowledge and a passion for Learning & Development. Candidates should possess strong business and training acumen and outstanding ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and delivering internal training on Google products and translating this knowledge into sales narratives with clients and agencies.
Annual Base Salary of CAD 65,000 per annum.

Schedule
- Fixed schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
- Hybrid (as needed depending on business needs) - 75 Eglinton Ave E, Midtown Toronto, ON M4P 3A4.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in Learning & Development, specifically around designing leadership development programs, OR equivalent Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business - sales and marketing preferred or related field.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for virtual and live environments.
- Project management skills in a learning environment, including experience leading a project team and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can deliver key messages with clarity and poise to instill confidence in the audience.
- A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adapts well to challenges and works well under pressure.
- Computer literacy and proficiency required, with good working skills in GSuite.
- Experience and knowledge of LMS systems.
- Experience in implementing an LMS system.
- Strong people management skills; communication, coaching, active listening.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver world-class learning and development solutions for in-person, virtual, and on-demand environments.
- Collaborate with internal clients and global colleagues to assess learning and development needs, identify gaps, define learning objectives and business outcomes, and help design high-impact learning experiences for leadership teams.
- Develop training modules, lesson plans, and materials including product training, policy refreshers, upskill and cross-skill training refreshers, and upgrading training modules as per changes in the client and business requirements.
- Work closely with the Global team on end-to-end Bounce program management and delivery.
- Provide world-class learning and development programs and experiences designed to build the best leaders, advance skills, and capabilities to be ready for the future and support personal and professional growth throughout the career lifecycle.
- Drive sales excellence initiatives for new hires and existing team members to ensure end-to-end understanding of the sales process.
