The Learning and Enablement Specialist will design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and enablement strategies that foster employee engagement, productivity and capability development.

Reporting to the VP People and Culture, this role requires a dynamic individual with an understanding of training and change management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support change initiatives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees.
  • Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and innovative training solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to foster learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on development plans, career pathing, and enterprise learning programs.
  • Administer the organization’s LMS system and professional development programs.
  • Partner with team members to coordinate and integrate learning, employee engagement and change management activities. This role will support key initiatives such as employee-led committees and internal organizational communications.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive engagement and participation in learning programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Provide project and administrative support as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills, with experience using e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
