How you will add value:
Support the learning and development team.
Coordinate live, virtual and recorded training sessions.
Liaise with Harris employees for all Learning and Development questions.
Schedule, track and moderate training sessions.
Create written communication to market Learning and Development Opportunities for growth.
Support compliance team with annual training calendar and scheduling trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Conduct evaluations and monitor employee response to training.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with HR technology.
Bilingual preferred (German and English).
Experience creating and facilitating training; preference for experience with voice over and translation of recorded training.
Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to act with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, work autonomously and build win-win situations.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preference given for Workday and LMS experience.
